This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for purchases made through Day(Z) Beans Launcher. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.
A note on refunds: Payment processors (Stripe) charge non-refundable fees on every transaction. When you request a refund, we absorb these costs. We're happy to process legitimate refunds, but please make sure you really need one before requesting. Thank you for supporting our small business!
Day(Z) Beans Launcher uses a credit-based system for promotional services. Understanding how credits work is essential for understanding our refund policy.
When you cancel an eligible promotion booking:
Important: Credits purchased through Stripe are non-refundable to your original payment method. Once purchased, credits can only be used within Day(Z) Beans Launcher or refunded to your credit balance when cancelling eligible promotions.
Price: €30 one-time payment for lifetime access
Server customization is a digital service executed immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate execution and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service is activated.
Premium Server Cards are non-refundable because:
Price Range: 5-50 credits per time slot (equivalent to €5-50)
Refunds are calculated based on how much notice you provide before the slot starts:
Use the "Cancel" button in your My Bookings page. Credit refunds are processed automatically and instantly to your account balance.
You book 7 slots using 35 credits. 3 slots have already been executed, 4 are scheduled for tomorrow (more than 48 hours away). If you cancel:
Price Range: Packages from 10-150 credits (equivalent to €10-150) for 3-28 days
Package bookings can only be cancelled if at least 50% of the package duration is still upcoming (not yet started). This prevents abuse where users would book discounted packages and refund near the end.
⚠️ Important: If less than 50% of your package slots are still upcoming, the package cannot be cancelled. You must cancel individual slots instead (subject to the tiered policy in Section 4).
Scenario 1 - Eligible for Cancellation:
You book a 7-day package (28 credits). On day 3, you decide to cancel. 4 days are still upcoming (57% of package). You can cancel the entire package and receive a prorated refund based on the tiered policy for each remaining slot.
Scenario 2 - Not Eligible for Package Cancellation:
You book a 7-day package (28 credits). On day 5, you want to cancel. Only 2 days are upcoming (29% of package). The package cannot be cancelled as a whole. You must cancel the 2 remaining days individually if they are still >12 hours away.
Go to your My Bookings page, find the package card, and click "Cancel Package". The system will check eligibility and show you the estimated refund before confirming.
You may promote servers you do not own using the "Find Any Server" feature. However, these promotions are subject to special conditions:
⚠️ Non-Refundable: Promotions booked for servers you do not own are completely non-refundable, regardless of timing or circumstances.
When promoting a non-owned server, you will see a clear warning at checkout. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept that:
We strongly recommend only promoting servers you own or have explicit permission to promote. If you want refund protection, claim ownership of your server first.

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right can be waived for digital content and services delivered immediately.
All purchases on Day(Z) Beans Launcher involve immediate delivery of digital content. By completing any purchase, you:

Credit Purchases: Credits are delivered to your account immediately upon payment. By purchasing, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right. Credits are non-refundable to your original payment method.
Server Customization: Features are activated immediately upon purchase. By purchasing, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right. Non-refundable.
Promotion Bookings: Slots are reserved immediately using your credits. Our tiered cancellation policy (Section 4) is more generous than the legal minimum and allows credit refunds to your account balance.
While you waive your legal withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary cancellation policy for promotion bookings that is more favorable than required by law:
This voluntary policy only applies to promotions of servers you own. Non-owned server promotions remain non-refundable.
Credit refunds to your account balance are instant. Cash refunds to your original payment method are only available in exceptional circumstances (technical failures, duplicate charges) and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
